Winter Interest

Winters in Minnesota can be very dull in regards to landscaping; here are some suggestions on what to plant. Many grasses preserve their dried form throughout much of the winter as well as sway in the wind, Shrubs lend unique shapes and delight to the garden, plants with berries hold throughout the winter as well as attract birds, and evergreens offer a solid backdrop as well as complement many of the plants with berries.
