Supervisor-Flower Marts
This is a full time temporary position that is responsible for the supervision of five Linder’s Flower Mart stores in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
Duties include:
- Inventory control.
- Merchandising.
- Delivering materials.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the nursery/horticulture industry.
- Must be self motivated and disciplined with strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Candidate must have excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Ideally, computer proficient, using Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
- Ability to operate a light weight truck (city van), forklift and bobcat.
