Need West Metro Flower Mart Attendants
Linder’s operates 53 Flower Marts throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding suburbs.
We have greater needs in the following areas:
- Becker
- Blaine
- Brooklyn Park – 2 locations
- Burnsville – 2 locations
- Columbia Heights
- Coon Rapids –NEW LOCATION
- Elk River
- Inver Grove Heights
- Lakeville – NEW LOCATION
- Maple Grove
- Monticello
- New Hope
- Plymouth – 3 locations
- Richfield
- Rockford, MN – NEW LOCATION
- Savage
- Shakopee
Candidates should have experience in the following areas: Retail Sales, POS systems and Customer Service. Plant knowledge and/or gardening experience is helpful.
This is a seasonal position from approximately April through July. Candidates need to commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week throughout the season.
Candidates need to be physically capable of being on their feet throughout their scheduled work time. Ability to lift plant material, pots and other items up to 40 lbs

Linder's Flower Mart Merchandising Supervisor
Linder’s Flower Marts has an opening for a Flower Mart Merchandising Supervisor. This is a seasonal full time position, from April to July, which is responsible for approximately 8 Linder’s Flower Marts in the Twin Cities Metro Area. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your career in the horticulture industry and develop your supervisory talents.
Responsibilities include:
- Merchandising of each store according to pre-determined corporate plan
- Working closely with store managers on inventory control, merchandising and training
- Driving a light weight truck (city van) to your designated stores
- Distributing supplies, green goods and dry goods
- Other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- College degree related to agricultural sciences preferred
- Some experience in the nursery/horticulture industry
- Must be self motivated and disciplined with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Prior experience with POS registers is desirable
- Candidate must have excellent communications skills: written and verbal
- Computer proficient, using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word programs
- Ability to operate a light weight truck (city van), forklift and bobcat
- Some previous construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
