Easter Fundraising 2008

Dear Participants,

The Easter season is just around the corner and we’d love to help you start the fundraising year off right. Linder’s Greenhouse grows the very best and because we grow it, we can offer you great prices to maximize your profits.

Dates to keep in mind:

Palm Sunday-March 16th
Good Friday-March 21st
Easter Sunday-March 23rd

Orders:

  • Orders should be placed by March 7th, 2008. Due to the seasonality of the product, some plants have limited quantities.
  • Orders must be placed 1-week prior to delivery or pick-up. Feel free to call ahead to secure your date prior to ordering if desired.
  • Fill out the order form and either

Deliveries:

  • There will be a $30.00 delivery fee on ALL delivered orders (Metro delivery only).
  • Call ahead to secure your delivery date prior to placing the order.
  • Please allow 2-hour window for all delivery times.
  • On the delivery day, make sure the contact person is available at the listed phone number.
  • Orders needing multiple delivery locations will be charged $30.00 for each delivery location.

Product & Pricing:

  • Please call for prices and availability.
  • Quantity discounts apply only if the total number of plants ordered is 201+ plants. Call with questions.
  • For C.O.D. accounts please be sure to make payment prior or at the time of delivery. Please call if you’re not sure of your account status. Linder’s accept Credit Card or Checks payable to Linder’s Greenhouse.
  • GIFT CERTIFICATES can be purchased at any time for any quantity. Please allow 24 hours for orders. You pay Linder’s 10% off the face value and resell for its face value. Available in $10, $25 & $50 denominations. Any Gift Certificates not sold can be returned within 14 days of purchase along with your receipt and you will receive a FULL REFUND. Exclusions may apply.

If you are not a current Fundraising Customer: Please click here to download an application and get started today! If your business/organization is a tax exempt entity and you do not to want to be charged tax on your purchases at Linder’s, you must submit a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate or a completed ST-3 form. To obtain an ST-3 form and further information click here. We are required by law to charge tax until we receive one of these completed  forms.
