Begonia Combination Pot

  • 12-16 inch Pot or Planter of your choice
  • 1 16 Quart Bag Linder’s ProThrive Potting Mix
  • 1 Reiger Begonia (Begonia x hiemalis)
  • 1 Spike (Dracena)
  • 2-3 Wax Begonias
  • 2-3 ‘Goldilocks’ Creeping Jenny (Lysimachia)
  • 2-3 Lobelia ‘Regatta’ (cascading variety)
  • Linder’s ProThrive Liquid Fertilizer

Choose the color combination as pictured or have fun selecting your own colors. You could choose a monochromatic color scheme or try bold and bright contrasting colors- whatever’s your style!

  1. Fill Container 3/4 full of potting soil.
  2. Remove Spike and Reiger Begonia from their containers, scoop back soil and place the two plants in the center of your container. Make sure the base of both plants will be 1/2 inch below the rim of the planter.
  3. Place other plants (Wax Begonias, Lysimachia, and Lobelia) alternating around Spike and Reiger Begonia. Firm up around plants with potting soil.
  4. Put remaining potting soil around plants and level the surface.
  5. Mix Linder’s ProThrive Liquid Fertilizer with water and thoroughly water plants.

Place your container in a part sun location, water when needed (daily when it gets hot!), fertilize weekly and enjoy all summer!
