‘Cool Breeze’ Fall Combination Planter

14-16 inch pot of your choice
16 quart bag Linder’s ProThrive Potting Soil
1 Purple Fountain Grass (Pennisetum setaceum ‘Rubrum’)
2 Salvia officinalis ‘Tricolor’
1 Sedum ‘Black Jack’
1 Euphorbia ‘Diamond Frost’
1 Supertunia ‘Priscilla’

(This container when complete will have a definite back and front for displaying on your front steps or deck.)

1. Begin by filling container 3/4 full of potting soil.
2. Remove Sedum from container, scoop back soil and place in middle of container so the base of the plant will be 1/2 inch below the rim of the planter.
3. As you face the container, place the Purple Fountain Grass behind the Sedum and the Euphorbias on the sides of Sedum. Firm up around plants with potting soil.
4. Place the Supertunia in front and firm up around plants with potting soil
5. Add potting soil until the soil surface is level (1/2 inch below rim of pot).
6. Mix Linder’s ProThrive fertilizer with water and thoroughly water plants.

Water when needed and enjoy for the fall!
